This garden was a complete redesign and renovation, we ripped out all the old paving and replaced with a black limestone which was the first time we ever used this product. A light grey flow point to give the paving a contrast between. 6m2 total laid. A 29m2 L shaped outbuilding built into 2 sections so two family members had their own space. We used a composite clad on the outside with 100mm of Celotex throughout to provide insulation. All windows and doors were made to spec to get the exact measurements that the client specified. 36m2 of composite decking off the bi fold doors gives the client that indoor/outdoor living experience with a full mechanical modern pergola with electrical sides and ceiling that light up. This works well in providing shade for the evening light that bombards this west facing property in the evening. A separate dog run area was created so the dogs can come out and too have their own space.
