This project we created a new outbuilding space and outdoor porcelain dining area. Already booked in to create the garden the customer was unaware we could do the garden outbuilding. Providing a plan, they said can you do better than what we already have quoted. We double the timber and insulation sizes on the existing spec. Made it bigger with UPVC doors and composite cladding for cheaper than they had quoted for what was essentially a shed. We used juniper argent grey porcelain with a non-permeable flow point grout finish for a long-lasting finish. Total area was 70m2 in this project with a continuation of the existing Indian sandstone of the other side of the garden.
