Returning to a customer who we laid a lawn for we were asked to create a cost-effective patio to cover up an old block paved area that had become uneven and unsuitable for a table and chairs. Here we used wooden sleepers which is cheaper then using brick walling to make a raised outer edge.

This started as a wild and unkept site. The bed was overrun with ground elder and bind weed which I find to be the worst types of weed known to existence. Both spreading from rhizomes an under-ground matrix that will allow them to pop up in every unwanted place and can be a real pain
Here the client inherited a rotten fence only being held together by the different varieties of ivy and jasmine growing up it. It always sounds simple to tear out the old fence and replace with the new. But cutting back and getting rid of this fence proved to be a worthy adversary. Once removing the
